I was disappointed with the coffee. It tasted stale to me, like it had been sitting around too long, and definitely didn’t have that fresh coffee flavor I was expecting. Maybe it was just a bad batch, but what made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t any real human contact or anyone around to ask about it. I would’ve appreciated being able to talk to someone instead of just leaving annoyed.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the grind came out just right for my moka pot. It brewed really nicely and made the whole process easy. Definitely a pleasant surprise.

I ordered some beans from Passport Coffee & Tea they’ve been really good for my morning espresso. They pulled nice shots on my home machine with good crema, a fresh taste, and none of that overly bitter flavor. Also, it’s just nice when a company sends you what you paid for and it shows up tasting fresh, feels like basic decency, but I appreciate it. I’d definitely buy these again.

I’ve tried a few of the single-origin options they’re decent. Nothing to complain about, really. I just catch myself thinking, “Hmm, I wish there were a few more choices this time,” especially when I’m in the mood to try something new. Still, what they do have is good enough that I keep coming back.

I’m really happy with this order. The coffee showed up quicker than I expected, and the bag was sealed nicely with no weird dents or loose grounds in the box, which I always notice. It smelled super fresh as soon as I opened it and made a really good cup at home. The website was simple to get through too, and I liked that I wasn’t clicking around forever just to check out. No complaints from me — I’ll definitely order again soon.

The prices seem fair to me, and the coffee is usually worth what I pay. I’d say it’s a good spot if you want something decent without feeling like you’re overspending.

Passport Coffee has been reliable for me!! Most of the time, the things I’m looking for are actually in stock, which is basically all I’m asking for... It’s easy to check what’s available, and I don’t have to keep coming back over and over to see if something showed up. Just a smooth, simple experience overall!!!

The coffee itself was fine, no real complaints there, but the shipping seriously tested my patience. I kept checking for updates and it felt like it took way longer than it should have.

I sent my order back and had to follow up a few times. The return steps were not very clear. The refund also took longer than I expected. The coffee itself was fine. But the return process was frustrating.

The subscription is handy and makes life easier, but anytime I need to change something, it feels way more annoying than it should. Like, why am I suddenly fighting for my life just to update a simple detail? Still useful overall, just not as smooth as I hoped

I got Passport Coffee as a gift for my brother, and overall it was okay. He liked the coffee and enjoyed trying something a little different, so that part worked out. The packaging was kind of plain though, so it didn’t feel super gift-y on its own. Shipping was fine, not especially quick but not terrible either. My biggest annoyance was having to deal with repeated verification during the order process, it felt like I had to prove myself more than once just to buy coffee. I’d still consider it for someone who already likes coffee, but next time I’d probably add a small extra gift to make it feel more complete...

The smell of this coffee brewing is so good that waiting for the first sip almost feels unnecessary. It fills the kitchen with that fresh coffee aroma right away.

The site was mostly fine, but finding the coffee info I needed took way longer than it should have. I felt like I was wasting energy clicking around for something that should’ve been easy to spot. Checkout on my phone was a little clunky too. It’s not a bad site, it just needs to be smoother and less of a hassle.

i mean, I really like that I can skip or change my coffee deliveries without much hassle. It did take me a minute to find the settings, though.

I really thought I was going to enjoy this one, but... yeah, the coffee just came across kind of flat for me. I tried making it a couple different ways, thinking maybe it was just my brew method, but the flavor stayed dull and a little bitter, without much of that sweetness I usually look for.

Maybe it’s just not my kind of roast, totally possible. But for the price, I was expecting something fresher or cleaner tasting, I guess. Not terrible, just not something I’d go out of my way to buy again.

The taste is actually good, so I don’t want to knock it too much. But the flavor options feel really limited, and it kind of feels like the goalposts keep moving whenever you expect more variety. Just wish there were more choices instead of having to settle for the same few.

I really like the coffee itself, but the delivery experience has been hit or miss. My order showed up late twice now, and at some point there needs to be some accountability for that. I don’t mind waiting a little if there’s a clear update, but being left hanging isn’t great. Good product, but the delivery side needs to be handled better.
